Round multigrain bread
A multigrain bread made with more than ten ancient grains and flours. Its balanced crumb and seed-studded crust make it a generous companion for breakfasts and shared meals.
Our artisans combine spelt, wheat, rye, oat and corn flour with a mixture of seeds (flax, millet, sunflower, sesame). Slow baking reveals its malty notes and crispy crust, ideal for a bread to share.
